We have filmed most of the content for our video and we are now onto editing.

Progress Update

Hollie and I are going to film our new idea for the music video on Tuesday 22nd November. We are going to London to get different shots of moving traffic, people on the Tube and in the underground.

Progress Update

I phoned Wellington College and it turns out we aren't allowed to film at the pool! This has meant that Hollie and I have to change out idea of our music video. We have a few other ideas which we will be making a storyboard for in the next couple of lessons, this has meant that we have been held back from filming but we will have to work quicker and put more time into filming and creating the final product.

Progress Update

From our filming schedule we were meant to film on Friday the 4th but when it got to the day some of the people who were going to be in our video couldn't make it. We had the pool booked out but had to cancel the booking. We have now tried to rearrange the day and are trying to book out the pool again for hopefully Friday 11th.

Making Cardboard Instruments

For our music video we have decide to make cardboard instruments. We were inspired by SWMRS and their music video 'figuring it out'. I think that by having the Instruments made out of cardboard give the video a more unique concept as not many music videos use them.
As we couldn't find enough people who could actually play the instruments we decided to make them out of cardboard so that in the video if they look like they cant properly play the instruments it won't look as unprofessional as they can pretend to play them.
We have tried to recreate the same style guitars as the band uses so that it is as similar to the real band as possible.

We used cardboard boxes to create the drum set and the guitars, and this is what the final product looks like:
